A series of guides has been co-produced by the Alliance  with NHS England promoting best practice as part of the Action Plan on Hearing Loss. There are three guides covering Transition to Adulthood, aimed education and service providers to support young people with hearing loss through transition. Employment for employers to support people with hearing loss in the workplace. Healthy Aging for commissioners and providers of social and medical care for older people with hearing loss to help maintain health, wellbeing and independence.
